So for my senior project I had to pick a book written by a European author before the 1900s. My teachter made us choose 4 books of our choice

My book choices
  • The Snow Queen by Hans Christian Anderson
  • The Hunchback of Notre Dame by Victor Hugo
  • Dracula by  Bram Stoker
  • Frankenstein by Mary Shelley
So I pick the Snow Queen cause the movie Frozen was inspired on it and I thought it would be nice to read the inspiration of one of my favorite movies.

And the problem is.....the book that my english teacher recommended through the internet was the wrong kind of book and me and my mom couldn't find any other versions which is very stressful for the both of us.stress

Thankfully my English teacher gave the class another week to change our minds and to read one of our other choices and I'm considering choosing another one of my choices. But I don't know which one to read

Frankenstein sounds like a good one too but it has 400 hundred pages:bademoticon:

Hunchback of Notre dame sounds kinda nice and I would like to seem how this differs from the Disney movie, but its over 500 hundred pages O_o  Plus I'll probably have a hard time imagining the book character of Quasi, Esmeralda, Frollo, and Phoebes without seeing their Disney versions

and Dracula has under 200 pages making it the smallest of my other choices (besides the Snow Queen) but I'm not sure if I'll like it cause I'm havent been crazy about vampires since the whole Twilight stuff scared.... 'the 2nd'

Which do I pick? Hunchback? Frankenstein? or Dracula?:bademoticon:

Dracula. Hands down. I've read what I'm guessing was a shorter version in middle school, but it's supposed to be classic. The Count is nothing like Deer eating/vegetarian, diamond encrusted loser Edward Cullen. He's based on Vlad the Impaler. You can imagine how a warrior like him got that name.
